Advanced Mentorship Program in Performance Science

Applications for Fall 2026 are closed. The next mentorship cycle opens for applications on February 1 and begins March 1, 2027.

A premium mentorship for professionals in sport, performance, and innovation, personally led by Dr. Roman Fomin.

This private, one-to-one, mentee-driven program provides personalized guidance, evidence-based frameworks, curated resources, and critical feedback aligned with each participant’s professional goals.

Program

  • Duration: Six months with an optional three-month extension.

  • Format: Private, one-to-one online mentorship.

  • Sessions: Thirteen sessions in total: one initial goal-setting session followed by twelve two-hour sessions delivered twice per month.

  • Progress Check-ins: One 30-minute accountability and progress review each month.

  • Optional In-Person Immersion: A three-to-five-day applied experience in Las Vegas. Travel and accommodation are not included.

  • Enrollment: Limited to five participants.
